Anyone is welcome to join our village choir. No prior experience of singing in a choir is needed and we don’t have auditions! All we ask is that you want to enjoy yourself.
Many members of the choir live in Ashton Keynes but some travel from the surrounding towns and villages. We meet on a Tuesday evening during term time in the Main Hall at Ashton Keynes Primary School between 7.30pm and 9.30pm. There is plenty of parking at the school.
We mainly sing in four parts: Soprano, Alto, Tenor and Bass.

Our membership fees are currently £90 per year split into two payments of £45, one payable in January and one in September.
The songs we sing cover a wide range of music styles from classical pieces to pop songs and musicals. Most music is loaned to members free of charge. Occasionally we ask members to purchase a book of music. We have at least two concerts each year to sing the songs we have practiced during the term. The dress code for the concerts is very relaxed but we usually try to match a theme.
